With ongoing updates and changes to regulations and constant media coverage surrounding COVID-19, you may be feeling overwhelmed, both personally and professionally. This is entirely normal. Managing your mental health and well-being during this time is just as important as maintaining your physical health. There is a wide range of resources available to you (listed below), to ensure you have the support you need to maintain your mental health during this public health emergency.
