Birth Certificates
Birth registration can be completed online through Service Ontario.  Through this service, you can:
1) register the birth of your baby under the age of one year
2) apply for your baby's birth certificate
3) apply for your baby's Social Insurance Number

Marriage Licences

This service is provided by the City of St. Catharines and the City of Niagara Falls.
