The Niagara-on-the-Lake (NOTL) Health Care Clinic is thrilled to hire its Nurse Practitioner, Amy Bolduc, to provide ongoing chronic, preventative, and urgent care to individuals without a family doctor and visitors to the area by appointment and walk-in service.
About the NOTL Health Care Clinic

- Location: Village Medical Centre (101 Garrison Village Drive, Niagara-on-the-Lake)
- Start Date: Monday, April 22, 2024
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- The NOTL Health Care Clinic will have pre-booked morning appointments and a Walk-In Clinic in the afternoon.

- Eligible Patients: This clinic serves individuals without a primary healthcare provider and those visiting the area. Niagara North Family Health Team (NNFHT) patients are not eligible for the NOTL Health Care Clinic. Instead, they should consult their NNFHT member (such as their family doctor or nurse practitioner) or attend the NNFHT After Hours Clinic for care. About the Nurse Practitioner
Amy graduated from nursing at the University of Ottawa and worked in one of Ottawa’s fast-paced Emergency Departments. She later continued her studies, receiving her Master of Nursing Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Diploma at the University of Ottawa. Amy then moved to Niagara to take a position as a Nurse Practitioner with Niagara Health, working in both the acute and tertiary Mental Health Departments. Recently, she transferred out of the hospital system and has been working as a nurse practitioner in a long-term care setting in the Niagara Region.
Amy is excited about her role as a Nurse Practitioner for the Niagara-on-the-Lake community.
